Went back to 七浦 to get some polo tees. Was supp to head back home after that. But we headed over to 陈皇庙 instead for some delicious 汤包。The soup was like chicken soup than have lots of meat inside. The skin is really thick, kinda of like the skin of a bao that has been left out for too long. Had other stuff like xiao long bao, char siew bao, ha gao n cold noodles. Saw the queue for the famous xiao long bao, 16yuan for 8 n it was so darn long. In the shanghai heat pple were still queueing jus to get thier hands on it. Need to make use of my traveler's rights soon n go on a wkday afternoon. There was also a famous 汤包 store that was ard but nvr managed to find it.
When over to the building that sold LOTS of bags. Think it would be any gals dream. Big bag, small bag, shiny bag, tote bag, think they got them all. After which when over to the 7 storey bookshop where ben got the Harry Potter 7th book. There wasn't a Q till aft they got in the line, n even than there were 4 other counters that were handling the sales of the books. Place was really crowded n while Q'ing i had a wager w carmen on who could get the more accurate price of the bk. Guess wat i won an ice-cream treat..haha...Went back home aft that (did i mention that we been walkin frm place to place n that shanghai is 10times that of spore). Goin to be ready for any shoppin treats when i reach back in spore.
Goin to Hangzhou next sat. Think its gg to b a reall gd time...Sunday blues w work tml, my boss comin back n more detergents to b tested...
